A Grey day on Skye

On the way to Talisker Distillery. On such a drizzley day as this the distillery was the best place to be, A 'wee dram' soon cheered us up.

very nice landscape. The 'washed up' boats add a lot to the foreground of this shot. Wonderful green colors and clouds.

Ohh Mary this is lovely! the composition is fab, with the boats and then the pool of light across the water followed by the V in the hills! Grand work!

Such a wonderful landscape, the boats in the foreground giving a nice perspective. There is something about an overcast day with enough light coming through to make the colours simply pop! Beautiful.

It's a pretty day though. I like those high and dry boats in the foreground. That blue one really stands out.

Hi mar, catching up at last but still have not got anything ready to blog yet!!! I love your images of the "cuillins" left you a note on your portrait!! You have made a beautuful job of a grey day!! love the little blue boat! and the house's dotted about. Ahh yes and of course the draaaam!! how many ? ha ha bet poor T had to drive!!
