Evening Glow

The 2 previous images were taken in the early morning. Today and the next 3 days the light is that of the evening. It only lasted for about 4-5 mins. Just as well, the 'midges' were begining to fancy me for their super. What we do for our 'art' Ha! ha!

This is marvelous. The light is so beautiful and you captured it at just the right moment. Yes, it's amazing what we'll do for art, but I'm glad you did.

@jamesy: They certainly do!! fortunately for me they were on the decrease at that time of year. They are very small insects that come at you in their hundreds. If you have the 'wrong' blood type, then you can suffer miserably . We often have to wear hats with a drop down mesh in the 'midgey season' (end of May to end July/August)
